Some winemakers make a blend because the end product is better than the individual wines that are part of the blend. Other winemakers shy away from blends thinking the opposite. In this Teach & Taste, you will taste three wines. Then in a small group, you will create a blend from those three wines.

 

Will your blend be better than the three wines individually? Maybe you will discover that the individual wines are better than your blend. Terry and Kathy will lay out the process to follow for this Discovery Teach & Taste. Best of all, there are no correct answers, just your personal discovery.

 

This Teach & Taste will follow our new format. We will have two identical sessions. The sessions are smaller allowing us to sit at a table and have the wine glasses on the table. Appetizers will pair with the wines.
