Ever wonder how the pros make their chocolates look so delectable? Our presenter, Angie Swann, owned a successful candy business for 10 years and is a proficient chocolatier. She will demonstrate how to make hand-dipped chocolates and provide recipes and how-to's for the fillings - and, of course, there'll be samples!  She'll give us tips on technique and the best brands of chocolate to use. She'll also review recipes and how to's for using molds and making chocolate lollipops.  She may also have some chocolate molds to give away to interested participants.
