60 rarely seen works by European Post-Impressionist artists who ushered in a new form of artistic expression in the 1890's.  It's members shared a belief in art's intimate connection to everyday life.  Works by Pierre Bonnard, Edouard Vuillard, Maurice Denis, Felix Vallotton, and more.  Includes painting, sculpture, lithography, stained glass, ceramics, tapestry and screens.  Attend a 45 minute introductory talk about the exhibit.


Meet at TVIH office at 10:15 am.  Drive to Glenmont Metro station, take red line to Dupont Circle.  Or drive directly to Dupont Circle.  Eat lunch at 11:45 am at the museum cafe, Tryst, visit the museum store.  Attend the introductory talk at 1:00pm.  Visit the exhibit until  2:30pm.  Take the metro home.
