First course-Greens Salad of cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, mandarin oranges, toasted almond, goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette
Second course- Choice among 1) Chicken salad sandwich of toasted almonds, granny smith apples, romaine lettuce, tomato, brioche kaiser roll 2) Turkey Club Sandwich of romaine lettuce, tomato, applewood smoked bacon, mayo 3) B.A.L.T. bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, mayo on country white bread 4) Black bean and corn cake, provolone, cheddar, roasted red peppers, romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, roasted garlic aioli, brioche kaiser roll
