Sometimes, when you’ve really enjoyed reading a book on a particular subject, you want to revisit that same subject, perhaps in a slightly different form.  Why not try paired reading?  An excellent example would be Louis Bayard’s delightful historical novel Courting Mr. Lincoln, paired with Your Friend Forever, A. Lincoln, aby Charles Strozier.  Retired librarian, Roberta Rood, will be discussing these titles and other recommendations in a program entitled The Pleasures of Paired Reading.
