This is a follow-up session after Nancy Lyon’s talk on 5/15. She will answer your questions and check on the progress made by members who have switched to more fruits and vegetables in their diet in the past 5 weeks.
Nan Lyon, a TVIH member and retired environmental specialist from the MD Dept. of the Environment, has adopted a plant-based vegan diet for seven years. She noticed that the vegetables/fruits/beans/whole grains/nuts based diet has improved her arthritis, back pain and GI problems.
