To celebrate Chinese New year (2/1, Year of the Tiger), Joy Cheung will prepare the supplies (ground chicken and spinach) and teach you how to make traditional dumplings. You will wrap 12 dumplings to take home to cook. 

Bring a bag lunch and enjoy Chinese snacks made by Joy (tea eggs, red bean rice cake, sesame cookies and oranges) and mountain tea.

Pay $5 for supplies at the door. Proof of vaccinations is required for this event.
