Although most of the wine enthusiasts in the world are knowledgeable about Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, there are many additional international white grapes that are wonderful companions to food, entertainment and sipping while spending the last days of summer on a rocking chair on a patio or porch. This Teach and Taste will explore some of the lesser known international white grapes as well as an example that will surprise you. Even as we approach summer’s end and autumn with its bountiful harvest, there is a place for white wines on many menus.
