We are excited to be offering a series of 3 programs on the subject of Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia.  These programs will be offered over a three-month period starting in April, and will be presented by Ellen Perticone Ellen@PerticoneConsultants.com, Outreach Consultant for the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Maryland Chapter.  The programs will cover the following topics:  “Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia,”  “10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s,” and “Healthy Living.”  Each program will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience.  You may attend 1, 2, or 3 programs, but please register separately.

Program 3:  “Healthy Living.”  This program is intended for healthy individuals who are looking for ways to age well.  It will cover strategies to age well in the areas of:

Cognitive activity

Physical health and exercise

Diet and nutrition

Social engagement

Participants will make their own plan for healthy aging using the Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body:  Tips from the Latest Research Workbook.
