 Are you or someone you know having difficulty with reading material?  Join us for a presentation by:  Ashley Biggs, Outreach Librarian for the Maryland Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH).  LBPH is the Maryland regional library and operates under the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped of the Library of Congress.  LBPH provides a full range of reading material in digital audiobook, Braille, large print, descriptive video, newspapers and magazines by phone and audio cassette.  Ms. Biggs will educate us on how to access the many resources they have for people with vision impairments.
