WHY BECOME A VILLAGE VOLUNTEER

Are you looking for purpose, community and to make a difference?  Then TVIH is the place for you. Volunteering brings connection to others, combats isolation and keeps you active in your community. Volunteers provide services, resources, and community activities and more to the lives of our members.

Your talents can also be used to help with member recruitment, planning educational and social events, assisting with office and newsletter publication, committee roles and so much more.

We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, ages and abilities to be a part of the TVIH volunteer network.

VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS

Service volunteers complete a Service Volunteer Application and background check. Transportation drivers use their own vehicle and submit a copy of a driver’s license and insurance card. Volunteers report mileage and hours upon completion. Parking fees are paid by the member receiving the service.

For Committee and Board volunteers, you'll complete a Committee Volunteer Application and be contacted by a volunteer coordinator.
