Charlie and Connie Catania will talk about and show slides from their European summer of 1962: not only familiar places like London, Paris, Rome and Vienna, but also driving through East Germany into Berlin, driving through Yugoslavia, and taking a cruise to the Greek Islands.
This presentation will be combined with the launch of the new TVIH series, The Village People (TVP): Telling Our Stories. Basically, members will talk about themselves through memories, genealogies and other vehicles. Each session will be devoted to presentation by one or more members, followed by discussion. Starting in October, TVP will meet once per month from 2 to 4pm at the TVIH Center on a date to be arranged.
