WONDERFUL NEWS: Karen Shelton, MSW Advance Care Planning Coordinator at Howard County General Hospital, will attend this event to assist you with any questions you may have and would be happy to collect completed advance directives to scan into medical records at the hospital.

We are having a follow-up meeting with our Speakeasy participants to discuss how they are doing with their Advanced Directives, the family conversations.  We will discuss any concerns we have and we can problem solve any concerns.  A scanner will be available to scan our Advanced Directives and we will take copies to Howard County General Hospital.
