This is a monthly meeting on healthy diet. TVIH members share their journey/recipes/books/articles to improve their health by changing the food they eat every day.


Today’s topic: Fruity Drinks, Indian Vegetarian Recipes and Move Your Body

By switching to a predominantly plant based diet, several members have lost weight and one member was able to reduce the dosage of a prescription drug that she takes.


This is the 5th session after Nancy Lyon’s talk on 5/15. Nancy switched to a vegan diet 7 years ago and has noticed significant health improvement. For reference material, please go to the 7/17 website posting. 

Farida will share Indian vegetarian recipes.
