PLEASE NOTE: There are TWO sessions for this event at 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

A social for the holiday season, inside the TVIH Office on Stevens Forest Rd.

A late afternoon snacking meal: mini sandwiches, accompanying vegetable garnish, desserts and beverages. Paper and other supplies will also be provided.

Due to the season, the gathering will take place inside the building. Two tables will be in the front room and one table in the back room. All folding chairs will be used at the tables. The food will be set in in stations on desk tops, the sandwiches, the desserts and the beverages. Anyone who prefers to eat outside will take their food and a chair out.

We welcome extra food if you are a baker and would like to bring a plate of holiday cookies to share.

Registration is limited to 35 and will close on Dec. 5, 2021.
Registrants will be prepared to show Covid vaccination card,
and pay $5 upon arrival.

 

Extra funding: A contribution of $150 from TVIH general fund toward food costs.
