Tour Guide: Joy Cheung

Hong Kong (the Fragrant Harbor), originally a sparsely populated area of farming and fishing villages, is one of the world's most significant financial centers and commercial ports. Hong Kong was transferred to China on 1 July 1997, after 156 years of British rule.

TVIH members, Joy Cheung and her husband, Frank, traveled to Hong Kong in 2011 and 2019. Joy will show travel photos of the shops and skyscrapers in the city, and the fish market and Buddhist temples in Cheung Chau, an offshore island where Frank grew up.
