Special Instructions: Meet at the Savage Marc train station at 8:15AM. Buy your own roundtrip ticket at the kiosk. Train leaves at 8:32AM. Arrive Union Station at 9:12AM Bathroom facilities on the train and at Union Station. Time to get coffee or quick snack at Union Station.
You will need a metro card to take the Red Line to Farragut North. At Farragut North, it's a 4 minute walk to the National Geographic Museum. We can get a 45 minute private group tour at 10AM if we have 20 people; otherwise, we will do a self-guided tour. Lunch at the National Geographic Society cafeteria nearby. Leave by 2:30PM to return to Union Station. Take the 3:30PM train back to Savage. Arrive at 4PM.
