Thursday Talk and Walk is a social gathering to a different place every Thursday to introduce members to interesting places in Howard County and to create a social vehicle to get to know each other better. We may go for coffee afterwards. It is open to all and no registration is required. If the outdoor temperature is below 40 degrees or it is raining/snowing, we will meet in the Mall in Columbia on the second level near Macy’s.
The Thursday Talk and Walk for June 25 is at 1:00 in the Middle Patuxent Valley with mild ups and downs along the River starting at the end of Harmel Drive. Harmel Drive intersects Cedar Lane a block before Owen Brown Road if you’re coming from Hickory Ridge Road. It is therefore about two blocks from the Hickory Ridge Shopping Center and Freetown Road.
