Let's have dinner together and chat in our Zoom meeting room. We meet in front of our own computer or tablet screens in our own homes.

Duane St.Clair will lead a discussion on "a special article that I have read this week." Each participant will bring an article to dinner.

Notes from Joy: Add 1 tbsp of cooking wine. Add one egg. Use ground chicken or turkey if you prefer. After you have mixed the meat, vegetable and seasoning together, use a pair of chopsticks to stir the mixture rapidly clockwise 100 times to make a paste. You need a frying pan with a flat bottom and a tight lid. Make 16 or 20 instead of 24. It will be easier to wrap. 

In the Zoom meeting room, you will see your friends, have a glass of wine, enjoy your dinner, and chat with other TVIH members.
