A monthly gathering of members who wish to discuss and share information on topics related to aging. 

The January meeting continues our discussion of Ashton Applewhite's "This Chair Rocks," with emphasis on Chapters 7 and 8 (on independence and on life decisions).  Reading the book as a whole or these chapters in advance is not critical to participating in the discussion.  Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunches.
